«Van Dyck 1999 is being coordinated by
'Antwerpen Open vzw' and enjoys the support of the City
of Antwerp, the Flemish Community, the Province of
Antwerp and Tourism Flanders. It is being organised in
cooperation with the Royal Museum of Fine Arts Antwerp,
the Rubenianum and Rubens' House, the Plantin-Moretus
Museum, the City Print Collection, the Hessenhuis, the
Antwerp provincial museums, the Royal Academy of Arts
London, the National Print Collection Amsterdam and the
British Museum London, Department of Prints and
