Editor, translator, freelance journalist. He was attached to the Italian Cultural Institute in Lisbon from 1991 to 1993, passing afterwards to chair the «Liceo Italiano» in Madrid. From 1994 to 1996 he was in charge of the «Quaderni della Scuola Italiana», with interventions of Isabella Bossi Fedrigotti, Gesualdo Bufalino, Vincenzo Consolo, Claudio Magris, Dacia Maraini, Federico Mayor, Gabriele Salvatores, Fernando Savater, Lucio Villari. He published «O Mocho e o Mago» (Oporto, Afrontamento, 1993), short story about the encounter in Lisbon of the ocultist writer Aleister Crowley and Fernando Pessoa. He edited the first Italian version of Lope de Vega's comedy «El santo negro Rosambuco de la ciudad de Palermo» (Palermo, Palumbo, 1995), Grandezza e magnificenza della città di Lisbona. From 2005 to 2010 he directed the Department of Education of the Italian General Consulate in São Paulo, Brasil.
